Speech input is not working

Confirm that DayRamp has access to Microphone and Speech Recognition in iOS Settings. Availability can also depend on language, network conditions, and Apple's speech service. You can switch to text entry at any time. DayRamp does not save microphone audio or send it to the DayRamp service.

Purchases and subscriptions

Open DayRamp Settings and select Subscription to view DayRamp Plus. If you already have an active purchase but Plus is not available, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If Apple reports a billing or refund issue, use Apple's purchase support because Apple processes the payment. For a DayRamp entitlement display problem, contact us with the plan name and approximate purchase time, but do not send payment-card information.

History and deletion

DayRamp history is stored locally and is not automatically synced to a DayRamp account. In Settings, Delete all local data removes DayRamp's saved days and managed preferences from the iPhone. This cannot be undone from a DayRamp server backup because this release does not keep one.

Reflection reminders

A reflection reminder does not automatically close your day and is not a task deadline. DayRamp sends one local reminder at the time you choose. You close the day yourself when you are ready.
