What DayRamp provides

DayRamp is a personal organization and reflection tool that helps you express what matters today, shape it into clear commitments, make starting easier, and record how the day ended. It is not a calendar, emergency service, or guarantee that any commitment will be completed.

Not professional advice

DayRamp and its AI-generated suggestions provide general organization and reflection support. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.

Your content and responsibility

You retain your rights in declarations, commitments, and notes you enter. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for ensuring that submitted content is accurate, lawful, and yours to process. Do not use DayRamp to harm, harass, deceive, violate another person's rights, or submit secrets or highly sensitive information you are not comfortable processing through the optional AI service.

AI-generated shaping

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from what you intended. Review and edit every commitment before locking your day. AI shaping is optional; you can continue with your own words when you decline it or when the service is unavailable.

Acceptable use

You may not probe, scrape, overload, resell, reverse engineer except where law permits, automate abusive access to, or attempt to bypass security and usage controls on the app, website, or API. We may limit or block traffic that threatens reliability, privacy, security, or reasonable operating cost.

Local data and backups

DayRamp's core experience does not require an account and stores day history locally. This release does not provide automatic server backup or multi-device sync. Deleting local data or the app may permanently remove your DayRamp history, subject to normal iOS and device-backup behavior.

DayRamp Plus subscriptions

DayRamp may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable DayRamp Plus subscriptions. The plan name, duration, features, full renewal price, and any offer terms are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the selected period and price until canceled.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect under Apple's applicable billing terms; deleting DayRamp does not itself cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation processing, and refund requests under its policies. Restore Purchases can be used to ask Apple to restore an active verified entitlement on a supported device.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep DayRamp reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be unavailable because of network, device, Apple, OpenAI, maintenance, safety, or capacity conditions. We may fix, change, limit, or discontinue features and will update these terms or provide notice when a change is material.

Ownership and license

DayRamp's software, design, visual worlds, name, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your App Store copy is licensed, not sold, and is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Disclaimers and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, DayRamp is provided “as is” and “as available.” You remain responsible for deadlines, commitments, and decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
